Pasta Puttanesca

4 tablespoons of olive oil.
2 onions, diced – I like to use Spanish white or good, rich brown onions.
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
6 to 8 anchovy fillets, coarsely chopped.

Banana Loaf

100g Raisins, sultanas or other fruit of choice
75ml dark rum (Captian Morgan is my prefered)
175g plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Half teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
125g butter, melted
